Who I Am

I'm a Data Analyst and Product Builder currently at ICARE, where I lead development of analytics platforms that serve national ranking and accreditation ecosystems across India.

With an M.Tech from IIT Madras and a background rooted in rigorous quantitative thinking, I've spent the last two years translating complex institutional data into products that real organizations rely on — from NSCSTI's 117 civil service training institutes to NIRF's 10,800+ participating institutions.

What sets me apart is the ability to operate across three layers: understanding data deeply, designing products that users actually want, and crafting interfaces that make complexity feel simple. I don't just build dashboards — I build systems that inform decisions.

Currently developing an AI-powered analytics agent for conversational querying of institutional ranking datasets. Always thinking about what's next.

  • Lead development of analytics platforms supporting national ranking and accreditation ecosystems covering ~10,800+ NIRF-participating institutions and 117 civil service training institutes under NSCSTI.
  • Built CIVIQ, a government accreditation analytics platform tracking performance across 59+ metrics and 8 institutional pillars under Mission Karmayogi (NSCSTI 1.0 & 2.0).
  • Built GARVI for GSIRF 2024 & 2025 — benchmarking dashboards, institutional comparison tools, and What-If ranking simulations; live and used by ~300 GSIRF institutions.
  • Designed the complete UX architecture of Karmayogi Unnati in Figma, including dashboards, analytics interfaces, and workflow modules for civil service training institutions.
  • Developing RADAR, a national NIRF analytics platform integrating datasets from 2020–2025 for 10,800+ institutions.
  • Designed and deployed subscription-based analytics platforms (CIVIQ & GARVI) creating monetization opportunities for the organization.
  • Conducted NIRF ranking analytics for IIT Madras, IIT Ropar, SIES, Ganpat University, and KPR Institute.
  • Contributed to national initiatives: TRUTH Index, Outlook-ICARE Rankings, and SAGE Senior Living Rankings.
  • Independently audited and certified 11 institutes; contributed to accreditation of 52 institutes under NSCSTI.
  • Screened 2000+ applicants, interviewed 50, and hired 7 data analysts for MAHASTRIDE (Govt. of Maharashtra initiative).
